Here is my latest belief for sharp shot:
1. Focusing on right place helps looking a photo sharper.
    a. For Landscape shots, focus on 2/3rd from Top, selecting Aperture F8 or above and using the Tripod is recommended.
    b. Focusing on eye to make portrait more sharp and appealing.
    c. A Low ISO helps in clean sharper shot.
3. Setting soft shutter click reduces vibration of Body helping sharp shot (yet to establish but a belief).
4. Prime lens gives better sharp shots then zoom.
5. The Body + Lens combo must be calibrated once though OEM (beside OEM, Reikan FoCal Pro) for front/back focus confirmation/Foucs shift in high aperture lenses
