Title: A silent prayer
Post by: Prabir on January 01, 2018, 09:06:52 AM
A silent prayer.
St. Paul's Cathedral.
Kolkata, India.

The whole area was in the open with insufficient light.
Hence all elements are not very well defined.

Thanks.

Very nice image, Prabir.

Your new setup is doing a good job for you in the low light.  I'm impressed with the depth of field achieved between the children.  What ISO was used for this?

The watermark is perfectly applied, btw.

I wonder if the little girl knows who Marilyn Monroe was.

:)

Thank you very much, Henry.
Yes, the new setup is satisfactory and I can do what I intend to.

The ISO selected was 1600. I had also chosen an exposure bias of -1Ev.

I went for this shoot with my son and daughter-in-law, both are avid lovers of photography. The young man with glasses, standing in the back ground and working on his camera is my son.

It is quite possible that the girl might know who Marilyn Monroe was.

Cheers!
