Welcome to the Forum.

Buy it from any medical equipment store .... the ones that sell medical instruments .... ask for an IV (intravenous) kit ..... it will serve you well. You may have to find a suitable bottle for holding the liquid. The medical store will give you one but it is normally filled with liquid meant for intravenous use.

This is what I am referring to .....
Nikon D7000   /// Nikkor 35mm 1.8G  50mm 1.8D   55-300mm  // Tamron 17-50 f2.8  90mm f2.8 Macro  // Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6  /// Yongnuo 460 II  560 III  /// Vanguard Alta Pro 263AT // Rollei Pro BH611

I did a diy for myself in Delhi, used an IV kit as mentioned by vinod ji. It's left in Delhi and I shifted to bangalore, would have posted few pictures otherwise

Just to add a little to what Hot Shoe posted, the IV set shown in the picture usually comes with a 21 gauge needle in the pack. You can twist that to fir the outlet. Drop size can be changed by using needles of different gauges.
