Khajuraho Trip Report - PCI - Kolkata Chapter
« on: March 23, 2014, 11:44:20 AM »

I had always wanted to visit Khajuraho. It intrigued me always as to why would someone build such majestic temples middle of nowhere and after few centuries people will completely forget about its existence only to be found by a British  and become famous again.

Originally the team consisted of Subhadip Mukherjee, Prasenjit Sanyal & Prosanto Mondal. Prasenjit due to year end work could not join us and Amitabho Gupta joined the gang. Unfortunately the day before our departure there was a family emergency at Prasonto?s house and he dropped out. Thus the final team was Subhadip Mukherjee & Amitabho Gupta.

Very well written. If I plan to visit Khajuraho, I'll take a printed copy of this report. I wouldn't need a guide...
Thanks to both Subhadip and Amitabho.

Super Duper Trip report, made me feel as if I was actually there. Kudos!
Lots of great Temple pics, would serve as a nice handy coffee book, would have loved to see a few more landscapes thrown in. :)

A Karma your way my friend.
