second last is best of the lot. Always shoot fresh flowers in full bloom.

On camera flash is only ok as fill flash when you have other strong light.
Invest in ring flash if you are seriously pursuing macro.

Last shot is where you push to limit, Natural light from left and thin DOF.

serious feedback - i like your enthusiasm in shooting flowers. would suggest you work on getting the composition and exposure right. The composition bit is slightly easier - ur putting all the flowers in the middle of the frame: try and get them off centre. Also choose an angle that is different from the top down view.

expsoure - you need to try and shoot in a manner where you dont get that glare and blown out highlights. Dont use flash. Dont shoot in direct sunlight - block the sunlight or filter it with a handkerchief.
