#1 - Quite liked the motion blur created by the people on the road. Some blown out whites though.

#2 - Best of the series. All caught unawares.

#3 - It's the bokeh that's standing out.

#4 - The sparks from the coal fire is what makes the pic.

#5 - A casual group pic, if I may say.

#6 - Will appeal to all those who know that 'landmark' at Land's End.

#7 - A bit cluttered.

street photography is like story telling....the pic has to have a story and the pic should be able to narrate that story...i can see that in some of the pics..cant see a story in some..

the titles if given well help in spinning that "story".

pic 1 is a very nice pic..to me it shows one man busy with his task...check the look on his face - he isnt really enjoying the task...the slow shutter has ensured that people pass by without even realizing he exists...his face shows that he knows he's there but not really there....you got a good story there...now put a proper title instead of malai wala.
the pic would have been better if you would have got the auto and cars also showing movement - it would complete the story about life moving quickly

Now you tell me the story in "closing hrs" - i'd like to hear it.

Pic 4 cant be called band stand. you've got feet, a bhutta man and sparks. Think of a story and shoot a similar pic again so that the pic narrates the story.
Nikon FM(black), Nikon FG, Nikon D700, Nikon FM(silver), Nikon FM10, Pentax Spotmatic, Zenith TTL, Minox Wetzlar, Agfa Optima III, Yashica & Rollei rangefinders etc

28mm 2.8, 70-300vr, 200mm f4, 50mm 1.4, 55mm 2.8 macro, 50mm 1.8, 16mm 2.8, 70-210 f4 macro, Lensbaby, Helios 44 f2, 90mm macro, etc
