Hello Friends,

Need feedback on Canon 80D for bird photography. Has anybody used it for shooting birds?

Best regards;

I have a friend who is dedicated to bird photography and is getting
very good results from 60D. 80D being an upgrade it should be a
good option.

Best accessory of camera is 3" behind it,
And mine needs an upgrade. . . ;)

i have Used Canon 60D for Bird Photography that was fine and 80D was the upgraded version and that will much better then 60D so you can go with 80D that was the good option for you. i Also think to buy 80D Camera for photography because that was few more advance option then 60D

80D should be fine. But 7D, specially MkII, would be ideal for birding.

Excellent camera...Love it!
Earlier I was using 60D which was also an excellent camera. But canon has really stepped up with a dynamic range in this cam.
