First pic has potential. Possible improvements are to clone out power lines and get some anchor like a person on the terrace.

Hi.

The first image seems a bit heavy on the bottom to my eye.  Just cropping away the bottom third of the frame would help this, in my estimation.  Adding a human element on the rooftop would set it off I think.

I like the clouds and rain in the second shot.  It's an idea which needs some development, though.  The bottom area needs more information, something to see in all that blackness.  The image looks overprocessed; that should be backed off a bit.
