Very good attempt ...
First one is too small in pixel size but what I can say is you have achieved good separation from bg
Second one is large enough for viewing. You need to provide some space around the subject and work with  of-center composition. Finally sharpening is needed.

Hi Sunny.

I agree with Yagnesh's points.  The flower needs just a little more depth of field.  A smaller aperture.  The yellow part of the flower needs to be in focus too.
