Why not use QR Code on the card which can have much more details in the code.

http://qrcode.kaywa.com/

Just a thought.
This is already implemented. Final design has QR code .... the application form asks for data to embed in QR.

Hi,

Firstly, I'm so, so sorry for not doing this on time. I had travel plans and had started this with the expectation that I'd get all applications in and references done before I left, but that didn't happen. I went away for about 10 days and have been swamped with work ever since I got back.

Anyway - the first batch of cards is ready for the following.
Doc will contact you regarding payment details - once, that payment is done - the cards will be dispatched.

These are the first batch. There are a lot of applications where we're still waiting for the referees to revert. Second reminders have been sent.

Hi,

Firstly, I'm so, so sorry for not doing this on time.

Vikram , you ( plural ) have done a very commendable job. We all have our occupations and  know that how tough it is to manage some time to do such rather thankless job. To everyone involved in the process a big hug  :)

regards
somnath

Your application is still in progress.

I'd suggest you contact your references. Think you should have taken them out for dinner  ;)

I wouldn't know the details which Vikram would, but in many cases, the references given by the members have not even bothered to login and reply to the PMs sent to them.
