Hi

I am Narasimha , based in Bangalore. I do tax consultancy for small and medium businesses. I started my photography wih Kodak 980Z and now I have Canon EOS 500D with EF-S 15-85 USM, Canon 50mm F1.8 and Sigma 105mm F2.8. Don't worry you have a company.

Wow! Almost a year since anyone has posted here... well lets restart this!

I'm Eishaan, an ENT surgeon by profession working in Delhi. Apart from my work (which I love!), I'm also a self-proclaimed bibliophile, a glutton (I love food!) and, ironically, a cycling enthusiast as well (yes, gluttony and cycling in the same breath!)

I've always loved taking photographs, right from when I was a little kid. Maybe because I've always been the person who wants to be out of the limelight, being behind the lens is the perfect place to hide in plain sight.

I began my foray into photography (when I was maybe 7 or 8?) with film (not the motion picture kind), and the first camera i remember using was an olympus (I have NO idea which model), which I used and used and used till it could no longer be used! have gone through a number of cameras since then (ranging from an N70, a galaxy note, a panasonic lumia, a sony cybershot: phones and point-and-shoots) and, finally, ended up with my now ever-so-trusted Nikon D5100 (for a couple of years now!).

Enough about technicalities, right?

My passion for photography isn't limited to clicking; I love story-telling.. in fact, my first post on this forum earlier today pertains to a pet project that I have started, called Life Behind the Scenes where I want to showcase the tales that MAKE a photo (more details on that in my post: http://www.photographyclubofindia.com/boards/index.php?topic=4560.0)

I guess thats enough about me!

Some say that those of us who like to talk about cameras should instead go and take pictures. I say we should go and also take pictures.
